Jeremiah Henderson, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health. He has worked in multiple roles including Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, Program Therapist, Care Transition Navigator, Medical Social Worker, and Mobile Crisis Assessor — gaining broad experience in psychotherapy, care coordination, and crisis intervention. 

Jeremiah’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. He helps clients identify their strengths, develop coping tools, and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
